What to do if the product does not fit?
Exchange and return of the product is very quick and easy, and the first exchange of the product is free of charge. In order to return or replace the product, it is necessary to fill in the product return form that is attached to each purchase and send the returned product to us via the Omniva terminal or Venipak courier service. It is advisable to contact us by e-mail [email protected] We will refund the returned product no later than 14 days after receiving the returned product.
How to choose the right shoe size?
Each product has a table that shows the dimensions of the shoe according to the length of your foot. When purchasing long boots, you can get a detailed description of the product sizes in different parts of the foot.
How fast do you deliver the product?
All products displayed for sale in the e-store are in stock and the product is delivered to the supplier of the product on the same or next business day. If you choose delivery by venipak courier service, the product will be delivered within 1-2 working days, delivery via omniva parcel post or Latvian post office may take up to 5 working days.
How much does delivery cost if the order amount does not exceed 50 €?
Delivery throughout the Baltics:
To the Omniva parcel terminal – 2.00 €
With Venipak courier – 2.00 €
To the Latvian post office – 3.00 €
What payment methods are available in the online store?
There are two payment methods available on the bestshoes.lv website, namely postpay and prepay.
You can prepay by using our system or by bank transfer.
Postpay means that the product is paid for upon receipt. Respectively, when receiving the goods at the Omniva parcel terminal, payment must be made on the spot at the parcel terminal itself with a bank card through the card terminal. On the other hand, if the product is received via Venipak courier, then payment is made at the moment it is delivered to you by courier.
Are items reserved in the CART?
No. Although you can keep the goods in the shopping cart indefinitely, it does not mean that you have made a reservation for the goods. If after a while you want to complete the order, but it fails, it means that the goods are no longer available.
Can I order a specific item size?
All available sizes can be found on the bestshoes website. If the desired size is not available on the website, it means that the specific size is not for sale either.
What is a synchronized exchange of goods?
With the synchronized goods exchange, you can simultaneously exchange the previously received goods for the one you have selected for the exchange. We exchange this via Venipak courier within 1-2 working days of you requesting it.
Can I request a synchronized exchange by phone?
If you want to apply for the exchange of synchronized goods by courier, you must write an e-mail to [email protected]
How can I find out more about a particular product?
Write an e-mail to [email protected], indicating the SKU number of the product you are interested in (it is indicated on each product page), size and a specific question. We will contact you and give you an answer by e-mail. It may take 2 business days to clarify a specific issue.
Where can I get information about the status of my order after shipping?
Once the product has been shipped, Omniva or Venipak courier service assumes responsibility for the delivery of the product. Write to e-mail [email protected], we will send you the code for tracking the goods, which you can then enter on the website of the relevant courier service.

Can I make adjustments to an order that has already been placed?
It is not possible to make adjustments in the order. Immediately call the information phone 27335888 or write an e-mail to [email protected] and, indicating the order number, ask to cancel the order. If the order is not shipped, the online store staff will cancel your order.
How to apply a discount code?
The discount code must be entered in the field provided for the coupon code when placing the order. You can only choose one discount coupon code for your purchase.
If I want to exchange the product for another size, but the price on the website has changed, will I have to pay extra?
If the price of your existing product on the website has changed by replacing the product with the same article number, you do not have to pay extra.
Can I exchange the item for another model?
Yes. You can exchange the existing product for any other product model available on the website. If the selected product is more expensive, you will pay the difference in price upon receipt of the product. If it is cheaper, then we will return the difference to the bank account specified by you.
Can orders be combined?
Unfortunately, this possibility does not exist due to the specifics of the system.
Is it possible to cancel an order if the order has been shipped?
No, you can cancel while the item is in stock, once the shipment has been handed over to the supplier, the shipment can only be returned.
What to do if a defective product is received?
Immediately take a picture of the defective product and send us an e-mail.
For refusing to accept shipped orders!
If the order is delivered via Venipak, but the courier cannot find the recipient at the address specified or the recipient cannot be contacted, the shipment will try to be delivered for 3 days and then the shipment will be returned. The shipment is stored at the Omniva parcel terminal for 7 days. When a few days remain until the end of the storage period, a reminder SMS is sent to the recipient. If the parcel is not removed from the parcel terminal within seven days, it will be returned.
